How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00, and it is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; orders placed before 12 PM Pacific generally start processing the same day. Transit typically takes 4–8 business days once shipped, and you will receive tracking by email.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the United States.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived wrong or defective — then it is on us. There is no restocking fee. Full details are in the refund policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@shopfashionyoung.com with your order number and the item you are returning, and we will send instructions.

What sizes do you carry?
Most dresses run S through XXL. Each product page lists the sizes available for that style, and the size guide explains how our fits run.
Will an item be restocked?
Some styles return, some are final runs. If a size you want is gone, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether it is coming back.
