Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email support@shopfashionyoung.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, with one exception: if we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective, we cover the return shipping.

Restocking fee

There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within the 30-day window at support@shopfashionyoung.com with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
