Shipping rates
We ship within the United States.
- Standard shipping: $8.00
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
The exact rate for your order is always shown at checkout before payment.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific generally begin processing the same business day; orders placed after that start the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Order issues
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived within the expected window, email support@shopfashionyoung.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address changes
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
